Conflict resolution and the investigation of fraud cases or any other form of misuse is essential for Dewacoco in order to maintain reliability and integrity. All conflicts are handled in a consistent, nondiscriminatory and timely manner.

Complaints Procedure
Step 1 :
Ensure you have objective and sufficient evidence to attain an idea and unambiguous understanding of the situation. A complaint based on hearsay or rumours is not enough for further investigation.
Step 2 :
Dewacoco decides on accepting the complaint/fraud allegation based on the formal requirements and will inform you about the further course of action. Investigations will be conducted with as much confidentiality as possible. Any results and decisions will be communicated to the complainant by Dewacoco representative without delay.
Submit a Complaint
Complaints and appeals must be submitted in written form and must follow formal requirements, such as e.g. complaints have to contain basic information about the complainant including name and organisation.
